PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialyzer constituted so as to prevent not only the deterioration of the slide properties of the slide parts of the piston and cylinder of a piston pump but also the leakage of water from the slide parts caused by water supply pressure. SOLUTION: A water supply passage 15 for supplying clean water to supply liquid chambers 35a and 35b and a waste liquid passage 17 for discharging a used dialysing fluid from recovered liquid chambers 34a and 34b are provided in the dializer 1 and a raw liquid pump 21 for supplying the raw liquid of the dialysing fluid from a raw liquid supply source 19 is provided at the water supply passage. The raw liquid pump is the piston pump 40 for reciprocating the piston 42 in the cylinder 41 and provided on the way of the washing passage 26 provided between the water supply passage and the waste liquid passage, and an on-off valve 27 for intermittently opening and closing the washing passage is provided at the washing passage to allow the clean water of the water supply passage to flow through the gap between the cylinder and the piston.
