发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING NONOXIDE-BASED PARTICLE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new nonoxide material being simultaneously satisfied with (A) a mean particle diameter of 1μm or more, (B) high sphericity and (C) continuous production in a gas phase and to provide its producing apparatus and its particulate material. SOLUTION: The particulate material is continuously produced in the gas phase. In a process to produce a nitride, an oxynitride or a carbide by the reaction of reduction, nitriding or carbonization of a raw material, a nonoxide-based particle consisting of the nitride, the oxynitride or the carbide is produced by adding either gaseous substance among a hydrocarbon-based gas, ammonia, hydrogen and nitrogen having a positive standard free energy of formation at their producing temperature in their reaction field for lowering the free energy of the reaction of reduction, nitriding or carbonization.
