The bathroom fittings, e.g. toilet bowl (5) and wash basin (6) and shower (7), are mounted on a floor (16) of modular floor boards (18) together with the inflow supply pipes and waste outflow pipes (12-14). The fittings together with a modular floor board (8-10) each form a unit (1-3) which can be transported. The modular unit floor boards are preferably hollow.
