Arrangement for generating electrical pulses for an electrical load (200) has a main waveguide (10) that is connected, via auxiliary waveguides (130-160) via separate contact points and at least two switching arrangements (30-60), to a load (200). A control unit (20) controls electrical energy supply to the main waveguide and controls the switching arrangements so that electrical pulses reach the load simultaneously from at least two separate points of the main waveguide. An independent claim is made for a method for producing element pulses at an electrical load. The invention also relates to a corresponding circuit arrangement for implementing the inventive method.
