Construction machinery, wherein when a preset delay time is passed and a gate lever (13) installed at a gate for an operator is opened (operator gets out of machinery) after the operation of a remote control valve (8) is stopped, provided that an illuminating lamp (21) is not lit, a stop signal is sent from the engine control part (9) of a controller (7) to the governor control part (24) of an engine (1) to automatically stop the engine (1), the stoppage of the engine is notified to the operator before the stoppage of the engine, and when the engine is stopped, a power supply is automatically cut out.
