FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has cotyloid cavity, head, trochanteric part transforming itself into pedicle, lubricant liquid, cavity containing the lubricant liquid and corrugated polymer element. The head and neck have common axial canal with funnel-shaped opening in neck base and cistern in upper head pole. Reversed ball valve opening towards the head is mounted above the funnel-shaped opening in the axial canal. Cylindrical socket is produced in the trochanteric part having spiral spring mounted in the socket. Sleeve directed towards the head part is fixed near the socket boundary. Axially movable neck resting on spiral spring with its base is mounted in the sleeve with capillary gap. The corrugated polymer element is manufactured as envelope connecting cotyloid cavity end to sleeve end. It seals cavity formed by cylindrical socket, axial canal having funnel-shaped opening and cistern, articulation fissure and capillary fissure and sleeve filled with lubricant. ^ EFFECT: prolonged service life; improved lubrication condition. ^ 3 dwg |
