FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves draining for discharging pus from paranephral cellular tissue with draining columns. The draining columns are made from cellophane having pore size of 2.5-4.0 nm or from coarse calico, have length of 15-20 cm and diameter of 2.0-2.5 cm, filled with activated carbon with perforated polyvinylchloride tube introduced inside. The drains are set in abscess cavity and around decapsulated kidney surface. The drains are removed at the second-third day.
