<p>A milling system, e.g. automated milling, has at least two milling heads (10, 20) with parallel axes and with each head separately retractable. This enables the processing of closely spaced sites by a simple step and repeats sequence using the heads in rotation, e.g. the system can process sites spaced closer than the spindles of the milling heads. The heads are mounted on a common support with at least some of the heads retractable.</p> |
