PURPOSE: An electronic settlement system through generation/certification for a serial number including an ID of software, and contents or electronic information, a method thereof, and a computer-readable recording medium recording a program executing the same are provided to issue/certify a coupon printing the serial number without exchanging information between an issuer and a CP(Contents Provider). CONSTITUTION: An issuer server(300) issues the coupons printing the serial number to the user(2). A CP server(200) provides the software, and the contents or the electronic information to the user by discriminating authenticity of the serial number without referring to a database of the issuer server if the serial number is inputted from the user. The issuer server comprises a variable database, a specified function generator for generating the specified function, a serial number generator for generating the serial number by arranging/encrypting a key set of at least one element of a set of solutions for the variable obtained from the variable database and the specified function generated from the specified function generator, and a serial number issuer. |
