PURPOSE: To provide a device for simultaneously protecting cooling plate itself and protecting the granulated slag dropping runner from erosion and abrasion due to slag by installing a partition type cooling plate formed of copper on a granulated slag dropping runner of slag runner such that high temperature slag is cooled and thus adhered onto the surface of the cooling plate. CONSTITUTION: The device for preventing erosion of granulated slag dropping runner(10) by adhesion slag comprises a partition type cooling plate(50) which is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, on the inner curved surface of which partitions(51,52) are formed of pure copper, the same material as the cooling plate, laterally and longitudinally to form a plurality of chambers(53), at the left and right sides of which a cooling water supply port and a drain port are installed to cool the cooling plate, and in which a partition(51a) and a plurality of waterways(58,58a) formed by the partition are formed; a water supply header(56) which is attached to one side of the partition type cooling plate, on which a plurality of branch pipes(57) connected to the water supply port of the partition type cooling plate are formed, and which is connected to a granulated slag spray water supply line; and a drain header(60) comprising a discharge port(61) which is attached to the other side of the partition type cooling plate, on which a plurality of branch pipes(59) connected to the drain port of the partition type cooling plate, and which discharges the total discharge water discharged from the cooling plate.
