PURPOSE: A super precise spool machining device is provided to reduce the failure rate of products by machining precisely spools at a cutting dimension that an operator wants. CONSTITUTION: A super precise spool machining device is composed of a fixed rotating unit for fastening and rotating a cylindrical solenoid valve spool(9) at high speed; a grinding unit attached with a grinding stone(6) and rotated at high speed by an air motor(4a); a horizontally sliding unit composed of a geared motor(5) and a ball screw(17) and placed and settled with the grinding unit on the upper part to move a horizontally sliding table in the axial direction of the solenoid valve spool; and a longitudinally sliding unit mounted with a micrometer(14) for adjusting finely the cutting depth and a push plate(15) and slid from a cylindrical outer periphery to the center of the cylinder at the cutting depth.
