PURPOSE: A composite stack chip device is provided to adjust various capacitance values to a desired value by combining various kinds of devices to have a desired electrical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The first and second conductive patterns(110,111) are formed at both confronting end parts of at least one of the first sheet(101), separated from each other. The third conductive pattern(112) is formed in at least one of the second sheet(102) in a direction crossing the direction that both confronting end parts are interconnected. One ends of the first and second conductive patterns are connected to the first and second external terminals(130,131), respectively. At least one end of the third conductive pattern is connected to the third external terminal(132). The first and second sheets are stacked. The area of a region where the first and third conductive patterns overlap each other is different from that of a region where the second and third conductive patterns overlap each other.
