Viscosity sensor device and method of manufacture thereof

The arrangement has a piezoelectric viscosity sensor (5) fully immersed in the liquid (10) and with electrical contact points (6) for controlling volume oscillations on its surface that are resistant to the liquid and electrical connecting leads (7) resistant to the liquid and connected to control/evaluation electronics outside the liquid and to the contact points. The contact points are made of chrome and are located on polished areas of the sensor surface. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a method of manufacturing an inventive viscosity sensor arrangement.
