摘要 PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device having an improved optical visual field angle is provided to prevent the domination of a blue color on a display by maintaining an optical path of a red light with a predetermined distance. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent device includes the first electrode layer(12), the first charge transferring layer(16), blue, green and red illuminating layers(B,G,R), and the second electrode layer(24). The first electrode layer includes a metal formed on a substrate. The first charge transferring layer is formed on the first electrode layer. The blue, green, and red illuminating layers are formed on the first charge transferring layer. The second electrode layer includes a transparent conductive layer on the illuminating layers. A distance between the red illuminating layer and the first electrode layer is longer than the distance between the blue and green illuminating layers and the first electrode layer by 470Å.
