Catalytic aluminosilicate coating - for diesel engine combustion chamber for economy and preventing resin formation

Combustion chamber, for diesel engines with spatial and/or film-forming mixt. formation, has catalytic aluminosilicate coating of 60-90% SiO2 and 40-10% Al2O3 deposited by plasma evapn., on adhesive Mo sub-coat. This prevents resin formation in exhaust system at low temp. and accelerates fuel prepn. for ignition at almost unchanged state of combustion chamber.
