<p>Method for producing esp. large, components of thermoplastics, e.g. car bodies, doors, windows, furniture, consists of mixing plastics, additives, colouring matter, plasticiser, etc., homogeneously with heating and extruding the mixting through a nozzle using pneumatic pressure. The material may be foamed before or after leaving the nozzle. Prefd. appts. comprises a mixing vessel, feeding through a variable nozzle into a moving mould, typically formed by a moving horizontal plate with an endless belt above it.</p> |
