<p>A determining unit (110) determines information on allocation of a transported raw material or fuel to a production department (170(X)) (unloading area allocation information including calling ports, alongside berths, brands to be unloaded, unloading quantity, and unloading order, and so on) using management information (information on transport management of the raw material or fuel provided from the outside) in a storage unit (115). The storage unit (115) stores the information on the allocation of the raw material or fuel in such a manner that this information can be referred to from the outside. As described above, by determining an unloading area allocation plan which minimizes the number of ports and the transport cost under constraint conditions of at least a berth capacity and a yard stock capacity and allowing the information and the updated information to be shared, accurate, efficient, and economical transport management can be realized. <IMAGE></p> |
