PURPOSE: A bulge control wood monomeric carpet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a grain and an aroma of a natural wood, to have a small bulge, and to be produced beautifully and cheaply in a mass. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the bulge control wood monomeric carpet comprises the steps of: preparing wood plates having same bending property by cutting or slicing from a wood; obtaining 2 ply plate material by attaching the plates in same grain; obtaining a wood decorative laminated sheet by attaching a decorative material to the 2 ply plate material; coating the sheet with a paint; obtaining a wood monomeric piece by tailoring the coated sheet; assembling the pieces into a carpet; sewing an edge member along a sewing groove; and covering a connection part of an edge member with a decorative member.
