PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for classifying features by their characteristics and a guideline to properly classify and identify the features to present images for makeup. SOLUTION: The features are classified by positioning a face to be studied in the X-Y coordinate space 1. The balance axis Y indicates the length of a face or the arrangement of features including eyes, eyebrows, a mouth and a nose and the form axis X indicates the profile of a face or the shape of at least one of the features. In each plane of the coordinate representative images and displayed or representative face pictures classified into those images are arranged, making a features map to be used as a guideline for makeup. |
