SERVICE SYSTEM SCAN METHOD IN A MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, PARTICULARLY CONCERNED WITH INSERTING A FREQUENCY LIST HAVING A LOW PRIORITY INTO FREQUENCY LISTS HAVING HIGH PRIORITIES

PURPOSE: A service system scan method in a mobile communication terminal is provided to create a frequency list to be scanned in a scheme by which the low priority of a frequency list is inserted into the high priority of frequency lists, thereby eliminating the waiting time for searching a service system, even when a user gets a service through the service system of the low priority. CONSTITUTION: The lowest priority of an acquisition index is selected from acquisition indices that are not added in a list of a service system to be scanned. A frequency of an acquisition index having a priority right above the lowest priority is added from the front of the corresponding acquisition index by skipping one by one. The above addition process is iteratively performed until the highest priority of acquisition index is inserted as stated above.
