METHOD MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL LEATHER HAVING INTRICATE PATTERNS BY USING FABRIC STRUCTURE TRANSFERRING METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of artificial leather having intricate patterns is characterized by using fabric for transferring patterns, omitting a process forming a special layer like a melamine layer of release paper, adhering directly a polyurethane solution for a film on the fabric for transferring the patterns to be capable of expressing the intricate patterns as it is, treating the fabric for transferring the patterns with a fluoride type water repellent to separate easily the fabric from wet type silver layer base or dry type fabric, not generating pin holes, manufacturing the fabric for transferring the patterns out of synthetic polymer fiber, reusing the fabric for transferring the patterns semi-permanently and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: Artificial leather is obtained by the steps of: manufacturing fabric, knitted fabric or non-woven fabric having embossing on a surface for transferring patterns; coating the fabric for transferring the patterns with dry type synthetic resin to form a film; heating and drying the coated fabric to harden; coating the hardened film layer with a synthetic resin for adhering; piling and ripening the wet type silver layer base or the dry type fabric on the coated film layer; and then separating the fabric for transferring the patterns from the wet type silver layer base or the dry type fabric to transfer the surface embossing of the fabric to the wet type silver layer base or the dry type fabric.
