PURPOSE: An online settlement system minimizing leakage of personal information with interference of the third person is provided to guarantee anonymity by not opening the personal information of a user on transaction between the user and a service provider, and enable the user to perform commercial activity by connecting to multiple service providing servers with one common certification ID. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a common certification ID issuer(110), a cyber money linker(120), a common certification ID information provider(130), a cyber money update processor(140), and a cyber money settlement processor(150). The common certification ID issuer receives common certification ID issuance request information including the personal information and licensed certificate information from a user computer(300), and requests certification of the received licensed certificate information to a licensed certificate certification system(400). In case that the certification is performed, the common certification ID issuer issues the common certification ID to the certified user, and stores the issued common certification ID information to a common certification ID information database.
