BOILER SYSTEM FOR USING REFUSE DERIVED FUEL, WASTE TIMERS, AND COALS AND IMPROVING COMBUSTION EFFICIENCY OF FUEL BY FORCIBLY BLOWING THE AIR INTO A MATERIAL PUT IN A COMBUSTION CHAMBER

摘要

PURPOSE: A boiler system using refuse derived fuel, waste timers, and coals is provided to reuse environmental resources by using the refuse derived fuel utilizing the environmental waste and to smooth the combustion of the fuel by supplying forcibly the air to the material by intensively arranging nozzles at the lower periphery of the material. CONSTITUTION: A boiler system using refuse derived fuel, waste timers, and coals is composed of a fuel storage tank for keeping the refuse derived fuel; a fuel transfer unit for discharging the fuel of the fuel storage tank by a screw and sending the air by a blower; a transfer line for passing the fuel by the fuel transfer unit; a stoker for initial-ignition installed at the lower side of a hopper of a combustion chamber; a burner for igniting the fuel put on the stoker of the combustion chamber; the combustion chamber; a plurality of nozzles arranged in the outer periphery of the lower part of the hopper; and a fuel service tank for storing again the fuel delivered from the fuel storage tank through the transfer line between the fuel storage tank and the combustion chamber and sending the fuel to a fuel input line connected to an inlet of the combustion chamber by the screw.
