PURPOSE: An oven part structure of a gas oven is provided to easily execute roasting in the built-in type gas oven. CONSTITUTION: An oven part structure of a gas oven(60) comprises an oven cavity(82) of a square box shape the front of which is open; an oven burner(86) formed to the lower part of the oven cavity to heat food by ignition of gas; an oven shelf(88) installed to the upper part of the oven burner; and a roasting plate(90) installed to the upper part of the oven shelf. Food is put and cooked on oven shelf. Food is put and cooked on the roasting plate. The roasting plate is made of a material having excellent thermal conduction and is installed in a state of coming in contact with the top of the oven shelf.
