The present invention relates to an automated system for storing and controlling materials within a hardly used storehouse, and transporting materials or tools to different working stations or cells in the manufacturing industry. The disclosure is characterized in that it comprises a storing robot; a single or several transfer zones; a single or several energy loading zones for the distributing robot, and a preset route of metallic tape. The system is operated by a programme installed in a central computer, the same controlling the material flow and being linked to a wireless network that provides the system with commands and tasks that the robots have to carry out. Each robot includes a wireless transceiver and a manual override keyboard for setting calibration and/or resetting modes. The system includes manual override keyboards placed in working stations or cells, where the worker, by means of the panel of push buttons, sends a signal to the central computer that controls the robot s' movements, said signal being logged into the central computer in order to carry out the ordered action. The storing robot is operated in the hardly used industrial storehouses; the same arranges and distributes the material in storage racks. The distributing robot also provides the working cells with raw materials and/or tools.
