PURPOSE: A temperature control device of an electric oven and a method thereof are provided to control the inside temperature of the electric oven to the optimum state. CONSTITUTION: An electric oven includes a key operation part(31) for input of various cooking control keys and a control part(33) controlling cooking by controlling the whole by a key signal of the key operation part. In a temperature control device of the electric oven, if a user selects a temperature control function key through the key operation part, a heater control period and a heater-on time are varied when one heater is turned on/off. In turning on/off several heaters, several heaters are turned on if the inside temperature is low, and the heater-on time is minimized while the heater control period is reduced if the inside temperature is high. |
