PURPOSE: An internet microwave oven and a communication method thereof are provided to download data for the microwave oven on the internet into information equipment and transmit data to the microwave oven by wireless, by installing a wireless data-transmitting/receiving part in the microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: An internet microwave oven(30) includes a wireless data-transmitting/receiving part(35) enabling wireless transmission and receiving of data with information equipment(36); a data storage part(34) storing transmitted/received data or downloaded information through the wireless data-transmitting/receiving part; a display part(32) displaying data received through the wireless data-transmitting/receiving part; and a microcomputer(31) analyzing and processing data transmitted through the wireless data-transmitting/receiving part or checking the current inside state of the microwave oven at any time.
