PURPOSE: A maintenance device of a drain pipe is provided to maintain the drain pipe by entering the maintenance device into the drain pipe without regard to the internal status of the drain pipe. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance device of a drain pipe contains a main body portion(10) and a maintenance portion(20). The main body portion has a wheel(12) to be rotated with power from many electromotive and reduction gears. The electromotive and the reduction gears are rotated according to the operation of a hydraulic motor(26). The maintenance portion comprises the rotary hydraulic motor, a rotating plate(27), plural operation cylinders(28), a plastering plate(29), a spread guiding plate(30) and a mortar supply line. The rotary hydraulic motor is connected and fixed in the main body portion. The rotating plate is fixed in a rotating shaft of the rotary hydraulic motor. The operation cylinders are fixed in front of the rotating plate. The plastering plate and the spread guiding plate are fixed in each rod of the operation cylinder. An outlet of the mortar supply line to inject a mortar is located in the upper part of the plastering plate.
