APPARATUS FOR OBTAINING RELATIVELY UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OF SMALL QUANTITY OF QUICKLIME IN DRUM MIXER BY PRIMARILY MIXING RETURN FINE WITH QUICKLIME IN FIRST AND SECOND MIXERS

PURPOSE: To provide a quicklime adding apparatus with improved function of preventing lopsided mixing, the apparatus capable of maximizing efficiency of pseudo-granulation by evenly mixing quicklime with return fine in mixers after bonding quicklime to return fine when mixing quicklime with raw materials. CONSTITUTION: The quicklime adding apparatus with improved function of preventing lopsided mixing comprises a screw conveyor type first mixer(8a) for mixing and discharging blast furnace return fine and quicklime to a transfer equipment(11) by receiving blast furnace return fine(5) and quicklime(6) discharged from respective storage bins(1,2); a screening machine for fine powder sorting(9) removably fixed to a lower part of the opening part such that the screening machine is continuously vibrated side to side by forming an opening part on a lower end shaft of one section of the first mixer; and a screw conveyor type second mixer(8b) for discharging the mixture of quicklime fine and return fin to a front part of the transfer equipment by secondly mixing quicklime fine discharged from the screening machine for fine powder sorting after being sorted with return fine separated and discharged from the return fine storage bin(1).
