TRIP SYSTEM MANIFOLD FOR FRONT STANDARD OF STEAM TURBINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MANIFOLD BY BRAZING DIVIDED UPPER, MIDDLE AND LOWER PARTS

PURPOSE: A trip system manifold for a front standard of a steam turbine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily manufacture the manifold of the trip system by dividing the manifold into three plates and by heating and bonding copper plates between three plates. CONSTITUTION: A manifold is divided into an upper plate(10), a middle plate(20) and a lower plate(30), and plural inlet and outlet ports(12) are formed in the upper plate and the lower plate. Plural connecting passages(22) are formed in the middle plate to connect the inlet and outlet ports of the upper plate and the lower plate. Thin copper plates(40) are inserted and stacked between the upper plate, the middle plate and the lower plate. The upper plate, the middle plate and the lower plate are bonded integrally by heating and melting the copper plates.
