PURPOSE: A digital security securing service method and system is provided to decode contents with a contents key which gets decoded with an ID of a contents regenerator so that it can prevent contents from being illegally distributed. In a case that the contents, to be checked out, gets copied to other regenerator, the ID used in encoding the contents key is not identical to the ID of the regenerator so that the contents key can not be decoded. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a check-in/out controller of a PC detecting a check-out state by referring to a DRM(Digital Right Management) database(202), a channel key generator of the PC generating a random channel key, and sharing the channel key with a regenerator via an interface(204), a decoder of the PC decoding a contents key by using a private key(206), an encoder of the PC encoding the contents key by using a channel key(208), an interface of the PC transmitting the encoded contents key and the contents to the regenerator(210), a decoder of the regenerator decoding the contents key by using the channel key(212), an encoder of the regenerator encoding the contents key by using an ID of the regenerator, and storing the encoded contents key(214), the decoder of the regenerator decoding the contents key by using the ID of the regenerator and decoding the contents by using the decoded contents key in a case that a user regenerates the contents(216, 218).
