PURPOSE: A far-infrared ceramic heater and a fabricating method thereof are provided to form an adiabatic space layer by burning paper or organic sheet in the firing process. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic slip is injected into a lower mold and a lower solid deposition is formed therein. A heating coil(31) is formed in the lower solid deposition and a lead line(32) for supplying current is fixed thereon. The heating coil is dipped into the lower solid deposition. A sheet of paper or an organic sheet is provided on the lower solid deposition of the lower mold. An upper mold is installed on the lower mold. The ceramic slip is injected into a center hole of the lower mold and the lower solid deposition and an upper solid deposition are formed with one body. A ceramic heater of a solid state is separated from the lower mold and the upper mold. The ceramic heater is dried. The ceramic heater is manufactured by performing the first and the second firing processes.
