METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING BUCKET TO ROTOR TO PREVENT VIBRATION IN ROTATING FAST BY KEEPING BALANCE OF ROTOR

PURPOSE: A bucket assembling method is provided to improve dynamic characteristics of the rotor by calculating the moment of the bucket and deciding the optimal assembling order. CONSTITUTION: The weight of a bucket is measured(S101), and two buckets are coupled considering the weight of each bucket(S102). Plural couples of buckets are combined to form the bucket assembly(S103). The final bucket to be finally assembled with the bucket assembly is corrected(S104). The moment value is calculated accurately by gaining the moment in the actual assembling position after measuring the weight of the bucket. The balance of the bucket assembly is maintained by adjusting the final bucket in assembling the buckets.
