PURPOSE: An oxidizer composition for manufacturing copper plate whose upper surface is oxidized is provided to etch the surface of copper plate used as roofing material in a short period of time so that elegant antique aesthetics of high quality is obtained even in a newly built building. CONSTITUTION: In an oxidizer composition used in the etching and oxidizing treatment process when manufacturing brown oxidized copper plate manufactured by sequential transfer process, irregular surface forming process, first and second washing processes, etching and oxidizing treatment process, third washing process and drying process, the oxidizer composition is prepared by preparing an undiluted solution by mixing 500 g of selenium dioxide (SeO2), 8 kg of copper sulfate (CuSO4), 400 g of alum (Al2(SO4)3), 400 cc of sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and 72 L of water, and mixing the prepared undiluted solution with water having a volume corresponding to about 2 to 10 times of volume of the undiluted solution.
