PURPOSE: A natural evaporation type humidifier is provided to generate the moisture air containing a large percentage of moisture by realizing a moisture retentive sheet improved in the water retentiveness. CONSTITUTION: A suction port(51) is formed on an upper part of a rear surface of a case(50) in which a blower fan(60) is installed. A water tank(70) is installed on a bottom surface inside the case, and has an elongated insertion port(71) in a length direction, and an iron rod-shaped sheet frame(80) extended from upper parts of both ends, and a water injection port(72) opened and closed by a stopper(73). A moisture retentive sheet(90) is made of a sponge matter, and has a lower end placed in the water tank through the insertion port, an upper edge fixed at the sheet frame for absorbing water of the water container, and a plurality of ventilating ports(91) formed in grill shape to generate the moisture air while the ventilated air of the blower fan passes through.
