PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for removing wrinkles from the skin is provided, which contains an extract of unpolished rice, thereby facilitating growth of fibroblast and synthesis of collagen, consequently to remove skin wrinkles effectively. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for removing wrinkles from the skin contains the extract of unpolished rice in an amount of 0.001 to 10 wt.%, wherein the extract of unpolished rice is prepared by heating unpolished rice at 50 to 95deg. C for 1 to 20 hours in a solvent selected from water, acetone, ethylacetate, diethylether, chloroform, hexane, C1-4 lower alcohol or water mixture thereof; and the extract of unpolished rice is alternatively prepared by dipping unpolished rice in a solvent selected from water, acetone, ethylacetate, diethylether, chloroform, hexane, C1-4 lower alcohol or water mixture thereof at 5 to 40deg. C for 1 to 15 days.
