PURPOSE: A memo paper holder of a vehicle is provided to drive safely by directly checking the note on paper for a driver and a passenger and by easily writing down on memo paper during traveling, and to prevent injury of the passenger at a collision by fastening the cover in parallel with the crash pad. CONSTITUTION: A scratch holder of a vehicle is composed of a housing(1) having fixing projections(2,2') formed in the upper part and the lower part, a recessed part(4) formed by forming a surrounding protruded wall(3) and a supporting part(5) in the lower part of the recessed part, and a cover(7) placed in the recessed part, contacted to the supporting part and combined with a spring by a hinge. Hinge fixing pieces(6) are integrally formed in the middle of the bottom of the recessed part, and a supporting projection(50) is formed integrally in the lower part of the recessed part and spaced from the protruded wall. A fixing pin(53) is formed in a rubber pad(51) with plural projections(52), and fitted to a hole(54) of the recessed part.
