PURPOSE: An anti-submarine seat of a vehicle is provided to improve the safety and the quality of the vehicle by temporarily moving a lift panel up in the front of the seat cushion at a head-on collision and reducing injury of the thigh of the passenger. CONSTITUTION: An anti-submarine seat of a vehicle is composed of a lifting unit(100) formed in a seat cushion(400) to move up the front of a lift panel(110) hinge-combined with the middle of a frame(410) formed in the seat cushion; a displacement sensor(200) installed in the front of the lifting unit; and a control unit(300) connected to a collision detecting sensor(310) formed in the vehicle body and the displacement sensor to move up the lift panel by the lifting unit. The lifting unit is operated on the supporting panel supported at both sides of the frame, and composed of an inflator and a supporting end moving the front part up by the inflator.
