PURPOSE: A display device is provided to remove inferiority of a contact part by overlapping a partial area of wires transmitting clocks or power voltages with connecting wires transmitting the clocks or power voltages to a shift register. CONSTITUTION: A start signal wire(STV), a second clock wire(CKVB1), a first clock wire(CKV1), a first power voltage wire(VSS1), a third clock wire(CKV2), a fourth clock wire(CKVB2), a repair wire(Repair), first and second common voltage wires(VCOM1,VCOM2) are formed on an upper layer on a substrate. Connecting wires(CKV3, CKVB3, VSS2) are formed on a lower layer on the substrate. The start signal wire, the second clock wire, the first clock wire, the first power voltage wire, the third clock wire, the fourth clock wire, the repair wire, the first and second common voltage wires are connected with the connecting wires through contact holes(CNT1,CNT2,CNT3,CNT4,CNT5,CNT6). If one of the contact holes is opened, a laser is applied to an overlapped area around the open contact hole to forcibly connect the connecting wires with the first power voltage wire or the first and second clock wires.
