PURPOSE: A polythiophene having alkyleneoxythiathiophene units in electrolyte capacitors is provided to be suitably used as a solid electrolyte without a disadvantage of polythiophenes having 3,4-alkyleneoxythiathiophene chains or 3,4-alkyleneoxythiathiophene chains and 3,4-alkylenedioxythiophene chains. CONSTITUTION: A polythiophene having alkyleneoxythiathiophene units in electrolyte capacitors includes a layer of an oxidation metal, an oxide layer of the oxidation metal, a solid electrolyte, and a contact portions. The solid electrolyte includes a polythiophene having a 3,4-alkyleneoxythiathiophene chain or 3,4-alkyleneoxythiathiophene chains and 3,4-alkylenedioxythiophene chains as well as an arbitrary contrary ions. |
