PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing resin coating hot dip galvanized steel sheets having good anti-corrosion is provided, in which film is cured by latent heat of steel thus avoid installation of drying facility. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of cooling a hot dip galvanized steel sheet to 150-300°C; spraying a resin solution onto the hot dip galvanized steel sheet wherein solid content of the resin solution is 1-20% and colloidal silica content of the solid is 20-80%; evaporating water portion of the resin solution to deposit solid onto the hot dip galvanized steel sheet in an amount of 0.1-2 g/m¬2, followed by curing the formed film; and cooling the resin-coated hot dip galvanized steel sheet to ambient temperature. In this method, the present method is characterized in that chromate is coated on the hot dip galvanized steel sheet in an amount of 1-50 mg/m¬2 after cooling a hot dip galvanized steel sheet to 150-300°C.
