IMPACT-TYPE SEED METERING DEVICE FOR USE WITH RICE SEED PELLETS FOR REDUCING VARIABILITY IN DISPENSING EFFECTIVE LAND PLANTINGS

PURPOSE: Provided is an impact-type seed metering device for use with rice seed pellets, to reduce the variability in dispensing rice seed for more stabilized and effective land plantings. CONSTITUTION: The impact-type seed metering device includes eccentric cams(27,28) interlocked with a driving source; a supply pipe(20) installed on the lower side of a seed box(10) and having an opened bottom; a guide tube(21), which encompasses part of the external surface of the supply pipe(20) and has the top end being housed in the seed box(10) and moves in the vertical direction together with the eccentric cam(27); an impact unit installed between the supply pipe(20) and a discharge pipe(40) for giving impact to rice seed pellets; and a discharge guide unit installed at the lower end of the impact unit for transferring the rice seed pellets.
