CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PREFABRICATED SHEAR WALL BODY AND WALL MEMBER USED THEREFOR, SHORTENING TERM OF CONSTRUCTION WORK OF APARTMENT BUILDING

PURPOSE: A construction method of a prefabricated shear wall body and a wall member used therefor are provided to use the prefabricated shear wall body to an apartment building by reinforcing shearing force to a connected part of the prefabricated shear wall body. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a prefabricated shear wall body comprises steps of forming reinforced concrete foundation(30) in a state of fixing plural tensile members(4) in reinforced concrete foundation and exposing the tensile members to the upper part of the reinforced concrete foundation in the vertical direction; layering at least one first wall member(10) on the upper part of the reinforced concrete foundation after fitting vertical through holes(2) formed in both sides of the first wall member to the tensile members exposed to the upper part of the reinforced concrete foundation in the vertical direction; layering second wall members(20) after fitting vertical through holes formed in both sides of the second wall members to the tensile members exposed upward through the vertical through holes of the first wall member layered; tensioning the tensile members projecting to the upper parts of the vertical through holes of the second wall members layered with a hydraulic jack and fitting fixing units(6) after prestressing and then cutting the ends of the tensile members; layering at least one first wall member on the upper parts of the second wall members after fitting vertical through holes formed in both sides of the first wall member to the tensile members concealed in the second wall members and exposed to the upper part of the second wall members; layering the second wall members after fitting the vertical through holes of the second wall members to the tensile members exposed to the upper parts of the vertical through holes of the first wall member layered; and tensioning the tensile members projecting to the upper parts of the vertical through holes of the second wall members layered with the hydraulic jack and fitting fixing units after prestressing and then cutting the ends of the tensile members.
