PURPOSE: A method for operating the multi-drill post process is provided to reduce the program manufacture time and the center drill check time by automatically generating the required numerical control program. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating the multi-drillpost process includes the steps of: performing(S22) the database by converting the figure data for the object to be fabricated into a text data; implementing(S26) the re-arrange for the database in response to the given parameters after the pitch pattern, the longitudinal and vertical pitch values are inputted; and fabricating(S28) the object by controlling the multi-drill machine with generating the numerical control code using database based on the desired instruments and the required options.
