PURPOSE: To provide a filter materials treated by nano-silver, which is able to completely sterilize bacteria, fungi, mite and the like and deodorize odors and has excellent functionality and durability regarding external environment such as light source, humidity and temperature. CONSTITUTION: In a filter material that is prepared by treating non-woven fabrics with a solution comprising nano-silver particles and other additives, silver ions having sterilizing and antibacterial functions is placed at an inner cell of a cell membrane, fine porous silica having a deodorizing function is placed at an outer cell of the cell membrane, and the silver ions are gradually released to the outside of the cell membrane as time passes.
