PURPOSE: A method for canceling a selective DND(Do Not Disturb) service in a mobile communication terminal is provided to selectively cancel a DND service for only a certain number registered by a subscriber, and to connect a receiving call, thereby unconditionally enabling an important call. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal passes through an initial setup process of selectively canceling a DND service for a specific originating number(S30). If an originating MS requests a call connection, a call connection request signal is transmitted to an originating MSC(S32). The originating MSC transmits the call connection request signal in connection with a receiving MSC. The receiving MSC retrieves whether a corresponding originating number exists in a DND exceptional number list(S34), and decides whether the originating number exists in a list of an HLR(S36). If so, the receiving MSC temporarily cancels the DND service, and performs the call connection(S38-S40). |
