PURPOSE: Provided is a polyamide/polyolefin blend resin composition useful for general goods, toys, mechanical components, electric or electronic components and automobile components, which has excellent impact resistance, toughness, moldability and barrier property against solvent and gas. CONSTITUTION: The polyamide/polyolefin blend resin composition comprises: 25-95 wt% of polyamide resin; 3-75 wt% of polyolefin resin; 1-30 wt% of modified polyolefin resin; and 0.1-5 wt% of styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer. The polyamide resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 6/66 and a resin including amide groups in its molecular structure. The polyolefin resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-propylene rubber, ethylene-octene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber.
