PURPOSE: A laser diode module of a laser scanning unit is provided to minimize separation of location of an optical axis by adjusting location of a cylinder easily to forward, backward, upper and lower directions without the need of a separate collimator. CONSTITUTION: A laser diode(21) scans a laser beam. A collimator lens(23) is installed in a collimator lens holder(27) located at a forward direction of the laser diode. A cylinderical lens holder(101) includes a supporting part(101a) where a cylinderical lens(25) is fixed and a fixing part(101b). A sub-frame(103) where the fixing part is fixed is formed to have a tape shape which corresponds to lower surface of the fixing part. A guiding unit guides the cylinderical lens holder. A jointing unit(107) fixes the cylinderical lens holder on the sub-frame.
