PURPOSE: A valve body of a continuously variable transmission is provided to form the compact transmission by adjusting the piston area ratio of a driving pulley and a driven pulley, and to control shifting stably by improving responsiveness and accuracy and preventing the fluctuation of the transmission gear ratio. CONSTITUTION: A valve body of a continuously variable transmission is composed of a secondary valve(7) transmitting operational pressure to a cylinder of a driven pulley by receiving line pressure, a secondary solenoid valve(9) generating operational pressure supplied to the cylinder of the driven pulley by controlling the secondary valve according to control of a TCU(Transmission Control Unit), a transmission gear ratio control valve(13) transmitting operational pressure to the cylinder of a driving pulley by receiving line pressure, and a transmission gear ratio control solenoid valve(15) forming operational pressure to the cylinder of the driving pulley by controlling the transmission gear ration control valve according to control of the TCU.
