STRUCTURE OF PRE-MIX SURFACE COMBUSTION BURNER FOR INCREASING COMBUSTION EFFICIENCY BY FLOWING MIXTURE GAS EVENLY WITH PLURAL UNIFORM MOVING MEMBERS

PURPOSE: A structure for a pre-mix surface combustion burner is provided to reduce power consumption by preventing loss of pressure and restricting stagnation with plural uniform moving members instead of shutoff plates, and to burn fuel stably by flowing mixed fuel evenly and regularly. CONSTITUTION: A pre-mix surface combustion burner is composed of a porous plate(33) and a surface combustion plate(34) mounted in an outer cylinder(32) connected to a supply unit(31) supplying fuel and air. Plural uniform moving members(40) are mounted between the supply unit and the porous plate, and composed of an inlet receiving mixed fuel partially and an outlet connected to the inlet and enlarged. Plural uniform moving members are sequentially decreased, and plural connecting bars are formed at the side of the outlet and connected to the outer cylinder. Mixed gas is streamed through the uniform moving members to the outer cylinder, and burned through the porous plate and the surface combustion plate.
